Supply Chain Analyst

Payrate: $26.00 - $26.38/hr
 
Responsibilities:

• Utilize service parts forecast and usage rate to plan materials through the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) System
• Review and validate Service Parts forecasts based on market insights, demand trends and product lifecycle to make logical decisions for target inventory and supply plans
• Collaborate with Order Management, Warehousing, and Inbound Logistics teams to communicate priority, expedite to ensure coverage for service demand
• Detect expected supply shortage and proactively build contingency plans for recovery
• Analyze inventory levels based upon parts usage, lead time to delivery and current balance on hand, and future demands.
• Monitor parts usage to determine the need for changes to inventory levels and order quantity.
• Creating necessary reports in a timely manner
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Serve as Liaison between GBM, Vendors, and Quality teams in regards to service parts needs

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelors+ in Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or Data Science
• 1 year + of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Inventory Control experience
• MySQL, Tableau or relevant data tools experience
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage time effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Windows-based applications, including Excel basic formulas, formatting tables, using pivot tables and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• SAP ERP system experience would be a plus.
• Data Analytic skills
• Korean Bilingual Plus

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.00 - $26.38/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
