- Engage customers by greeting, assisting with products, operating registers, scanning items, and handling payments.
- Execute sales and customer service standards accurately and courteously, aiming to meet or exceed goals such as credit and loyalty.
- Support inventory accuracy and assist in training new team members on processes and tools.
- Participate in daily tasks like register balancing, replenishing supplies, and maintaining store standards.
- Act with integrity, demonstrate teamwork, and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and adhere to dress code requirements.
- Must be at least 16 years old, flexible with scheduling, and possess strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements throughout shifts.
Pay starts at $12.50 per hour.
