Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons to kids aged 4-11
• Create a fun, dynamic classroom environment
• Lead discussions, assess performance, and provide feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 120+ hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/TEYL certification
• At least 1 year teaching or tutoring experience
• Native English speaker from the USA or Canada
• Computer literate, punctual, and clear criminal record
• Excellent communication skills
Technical Needs:
• PC with Intel i5, 8GB RAM or higher
• Stable fiber internet (20 Mbps+)
• Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, quiet, well-lit space
• UPS backup (4-5 hours)

Position Details:
Start immediately, with peak hours 7-9 PM Beijing time, including weekends. Classes are 25 or 55 minutes, paid at $12/hour. Fully remote work.
