Description

Part-time Box Office Assistant to help with the day-to-day logistics of running a box office with 3 performance venues.

  • Keeping track of performance calendar,
  • Move and set up computers and ticket printers to appropriate venue at least one day before each production,
  • Set up and retrieve cash boxes for each production,
  • Printing signage and any other documents as needed,
  • Learn ShoWare ticketing program,
  • Help with performances as needed,
  • Co-ordinate with Fine Arts Box Office management,
  • Assist with other assignments as needed.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications for Box Office Assistant

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work with university students and staff.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, computer and typing skills, and demonstrated capacity for detail-oriented work are required.
  • Applicants should exhibit organizational skills, professionalism, accountability, and initiative.

Additional Information:

Hourly Rate: $16.00
