Education and experience required including training, registration, and licensure | · The candidate must hold a master’s degree in their relevant field of study. A terminal degree in the relevant field of study is highly preferred. · Candidates should have a strong background in teaching and learning methodologies. Prior experience in higher education institutions is preferred. · Depending on the discipline, candidates should have relevant professional experience to complement their academic background. · Ongoing professional development and participation in workshops, conferences, and other academic events are encouraged to stay up to date with advancements in the field. |

1. | Develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate, graduate and doctorate students. Faculty are responsible for designing and updating course syllabi, learning outcomes, and assessment criteria. |
2. | Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, both in and outside the classroom. Support students in their academic and professional pursuits, offering advice and encouragement. |
3. | Contribute to the academic community through publications, conference presentations, and other/or scholarly activities. |
4. | Participate actively in departmental meetings, committees, and university-wide initiatives. Contribute to the academic community by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues. |
5. | Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed academically. Maintain accurate records of grades and student progress. |
6. | Stay updated with the latest developments in the field and incorporate new knowledge into teaching. |
