We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support our growing organization with a variety of accounting and financial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional looking for a flexible schedule while contributing to key financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• 
  
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities
• 
  
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• 
  
• Support payroll and employee expense reporting as needed
• 
  
• Help monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting activities
• 
  
• Review invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing
• 
  
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation and filing systems
• 
  
• Assist with special accounting and finance projects as assigned
• 
  
• Collaborate with management to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 
  
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
• 
  
• Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
•
