About the Role:Pozo Goldstein LLP is seeking a sharp, motivated Paralegal to join our legal team in Miami, FL. Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting
- Organize and maintain case files, legal documents, and client records
- Draft and proofread correspondence, pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and client meetings
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
- Monitor deadlines, manage calendars, and ensure timely filing of legal documents
Requirements:- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firm setting
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Miami market
