About Us:
We are a personal injury law firm located in the heart of Washington, DC, committed to providing compassionate, client-focused representation. Our team is dedicated to achieving justice for those who have suffered injury or loss due to the negligence of others. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team and support our attorneys in managing a dynamic caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury case preparation from intake through settlement or trial
  • Draft letters and legal documents to clients, insurance companies, governmental entities, and for court filings
  • Manage client intake and maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status
  • Organize, review, and summarize medical records and bills
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and expert witnesses  
  • Maintain and update case files and calendars
 
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
