Our client is seeking an experienced
Paralegal with
3+ years of Personal Injury experience to join their growing legal team. This role will support attorneys handling mass tort and class action litigation while assisting with all phases of case management. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has exceptional document formatting and organizational skills.

Compensation: Up to $80,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities- Manage litigation calendars, court deadlines, and
case schedules to ensure timely completion of all case-related tasks.
- Coordinate client communications and conduct
routine follow-up regarding case status, medical treatment, and required
documentation.
- Draft, organize, and respond to basic discovery
requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and document
collection.
- Review, organize, summarize, and analyze medical
records and related case documentation.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize legal
documents, pleadings, correspondence, and exhibits with exceptional
attention to detail.
- Maintain electronic and physical case files,
ensuring all records are organized, accurate, and up to date.
- Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers,
experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case matters.
- Assist with mass tort and class action case
management, including document organization, client tracking, and case
administration.
- Monitor case progression and proactively identify
upcoming deadlines and outstanding tasks.
- Provide administrative and litigation support to
attorneys as needed.
Qualifications- Minimum of 3 years of Personal Injury
Paralegal experience required.
- Experience supporting mass tort and/or class
action litigation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures,
discovery, and case management.
- Experience reviewing and organizing medical
records.
- Exceptional document formatting, proofreading,
and Microsoft Word skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and
multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while
managing multiple active cases.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to
work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
