Trustpoint. One is pleased to be working with a leading AmLaw firm, with offices in Philadelphia, in their search for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a temp-to-possible hire opportunity. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience supporting sophisticated real estate transactions while positioning yourself for a long-term role.
In this role, you'll partner closely with attorneys and clients to support all phases of the deal lifecycle-from due diligence through closing. You'll review and analyze title commitments and surveys, manage data rooms and matter files, track closing checklists, and coordinate the preparation and execution of key transaction documents.
You'll also play a critical role in keeping deals on track-working with lenders, opposing counsel, and third parties to ensure timelines are met and documentation is accurate and complete.
Key Responsibilities:
Support commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing
Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and recorded documents
Prepare, track, and manage closing checklists and critical deadlines
Draft and coordinate execution of transaction documents with attorneys, clients, lenders, and third parties
Maintain and organize data rooms and matter files
Review and abstract leases and related agreements
Assist with tax-related filings and supporting documentation
Serve as a key point of coordination to keep deals moving efficiently and on schedule
What you'll bring:
At least 1 year of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal research/tools (Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw) is a plus
Hybrid schedule in Philadelphia (onsite for training and then mostly remote!)
Exposure to high-level real estate transactions
Collaborative, team-oriented environment
Opportunity to convert to a permanent position
If you're looking to deepen your real estate experience and work on meaningful transactions, we'd love to connect.
