Paralegal- Albany

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Paralegal to join our well-respected client in the Capital Region area. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity to join a well-respected organization! 

The ideal candidate will support their attorneys by performing a variety of tasks including legal research, document preparation, case management, and administrative duties. 

Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of cases, including drafting and organizing legal documents, pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests, and responses.
Review, organize, and analyze case files, discovery documents, and evidence.  
Assist with document production in compliance with court orders, client requests, and deadlines.
Assist with the preparation and response to discovery requests, track and manage discovery deadlines and responses.
Prepare and electronically file legal documents with local, state, and federal courts. 
Assist with trial and arbitration hearing preparation, including the preparation of exhibits, witness lists, and binders. 
Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and third parties.
Maintain case files, update case management systems, and track deadlines. 
Assist with billing, timekeeping, and file organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
