Under supervision of the appropriate administrator and general direction of the special education teacher, assists in the instruction and care of students with extensive support needs, including self-care activities, assisting in management of student behavior, recordkeeping, instructional assistance, medical care, classroom organization, and interaction and communication with students, support staff, parents/guardians, and agencies.

Candidates on the eligibility list will be considered for full-time, part-time, or limited-term positions while the list is active. Location/Work Schedule We are currently hiring for the upcoming 26/27 School Year • School Sites: • Galt High School - Galt, CA • Monterey Trail High School - Elk Grove, CA • Center High School - Antelope, CA • Various school sites within Sacramento County • Typical Schedules: Full Time: Monday - Friday • Galt High School, Monterey Trail High School, Center High School - 8:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Examination Process Qualified candidates will be invited to complete remotely administered examinations, requiring a computer, webcam, and microphone. If you are unable to participate remotely, contact the designated representative before the deadline to make alternate arrangements. This recruitment includes the following examinations/steps: • Written Exam • Oral Exam • Final Interview Examination procedures are subject to change as deemed necessary by the Chief Administrator, Human Resources.
