Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh salads, appetizers, desserts, and other pantry items with care and consistency
• Set up and keep your station fully stocked and organized before and during shifts
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe workstation at all times
• Ensure every dish meets Schlesinger's high-quality presentation standards
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
• Keep ingredients fresh and properly stored throughout your shift

Ideal Candidate

• Previous pantry or line cook experience preferred but not required
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay productive during busy periods
• Detail-oriented with pride in food presentation
• Positive team player with a solid work ethic
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
