PageWide Press Upgrade Readiness Project Manager

Description -

Job Summary
• This role oversees the readiness of large, complex customer projects across single or multiple regions, often characterized by high risk and strong customer satisfaction and field technician considerations. It leads a broad project teams, coordinating both internal and external resources - including field technicians and installers - while ensuring inventory availability, on-time logistics delivery, and customer press readiness. The role develops, coordinates, and communicates guidelines to ensure customer press readiness prior to the start of our PWP installation activities, minimizing cost, press downtime and maintaining a high- quality customer experience.


Responsibilities
• Prioritizes multiple simultaneous projects to align with customer schedules and business priorities.
• Applies advanced subject matter expertise to lead and contribute to complex projects, and exercising independent judgement in resolving business issues and establishing processes.

• Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution while identifying issues and their impact to the overall project.

• Coordinates with PageWide Press engineering on customer press assessments and readiness activities.
• Works cross-functionally to prioritize backlog management across go to market, planning, logistics, resources, and services teams.
• Leads cross-functional regional and global business unit teams to maintain and enhance existing business processes.
• Develops and mantains productive internal and external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to junior-level employees.
• Manages priority projects by contributing creative insights and developing recommendations.
• Communicates requirements, standards and guidelines to the large global business unit planning teams to ensure alignment and execution consistency.



Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
