What You’ll Do
Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, and field activity to generate new business
Build and grow a territory from the ground up with a strong focus on net new accounts
Identify customer needs and deliver tailored packaging, janitorial, and safety solutions
Manage a robust pipeline and consistently close new business
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Partner internally to ensure execution and customer satisfaction
Maintain CRM activity and sales reporting discipline
What You Bring
Proven B2B outside sales success with a strong hunter mentality
Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
Experience in packaging distribution or related industrial sales is preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of outside sales or territory management experience
