- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Experience creating and managing reports and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
- SQL programming experience
- Experience with database management and database structures
- Expertise in data extraction, data quality assessment, and reporting from multiple data sources
- Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and report development

As a Data Analyst, you will work with large healthcare datasets to deliver actionable insights, create impactful reporting solutions, and support business decision-making. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand reporting needs, analyze trends, and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret healthcare and post-acute care data to support business initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data
- Perform data acquisition, cleansing, aggregation, and quality assessments across multiple data sources
- Support database management and data structure initiatives
- Create presentations, reports, charts, and visualizations that communicate key findings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and recommend solutions
- Navigate electronic health record systems to generate reports and business insights
- Develop a strong understanding of TeamHealth data, processes, and business operations
