• 8-hr shift: 24 prebooked + 4 walk-in patients
• 9-hr shift: 28 prebooked + 4 walk-in patients
• Average 20 - 24 patients per 8-hr shift
• Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
• Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Age range: 6 months and up
