• 8-hr shifts seeing 20 - 24 patients; 9-hr shifts seeing 25 - 27 patients
• Prebook: 26 - 28 patients plus 4 walk-ins depending on shift length
• Patient population: all ages, primarily Spanish-speaking farm-working families
• Services include primary care, pediatrics, adult, and women's care
• Office-based procedures required
