Our Client is a boutique plaintiffs’ personal injury and maritime firm seeking a seasoned Litigation Legal Assistant who knows how to run cases, stay ahead of deadlines, and keep attorneys moving. If you’re sharp, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, this is your seat at the table.

What You’ll Own
  • Drive cases from intake through resolution.  You’d be integral, not just support 
  • Draft and finalize pleadings, motions, and correspondence with precision 
  • Handle state and federal e-filing confidently and accurately 
  • Manage deadlines, calendars, and case flow without missing a beat 
  • Organize and maintain clean, trial-ready files 
  • Support discovery (including responses to requests for production) 
  • Act as a key point of contact with clients, courts, and providers 
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of litigation legal assistant/paralegal experience 
  • Deep familiarity with court rules, procedures, and deadlines 
  • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and communication skills 
  • Strong experience with MS-Word and Outlook
  • Highly organized, detailed, and able to juggle competing priorities 
  • Must have a take-charge mindset; you don’t wait to be told what to do
