This includes Business Education Computer Science Family and Consumer Sciences and Trade and Technical Education. Oversee the development implementation and review of the P-12 Mathematics and CTE curricula to ensure alignment with New York State Standards and best practices. Lead curriculum writing initiatives and professional development for P-12 Mathematics and CTE teachers. Monitor student progress and utilize data to inform instructional decisions and program improvements in both departments. Manage and allocate departmental budgets for instructional materials technology and professional development. Serve as the Districts liaison for articulation with post-secondary institutions regarding Mathematics and CTE programs. Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the districts CTE programs including work-based learning NYS endorsements and industry certifications. Collaborate with school principals and central administration to ensure the effective operation of P-12 Mathematics and CTE programs across the District. Supervise and collaborate with the P-6 STEM Coordinator in order to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment of all P-12 Mathematics CTE and STEM instructional programs.
