Job Description
Manage multiple expansion and redevelopment projects from planning through completion. Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout project delivery. Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost controls. Lead RFPs, bid reviews, contract administration, and contractor performance management. The Successful Applicant
8+ years of commercial construction management experience. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience managing commercial renovation or redevelopment projects. Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control expertise. Executive presence with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and ownership.

Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 base salary + discretionary bonus + mileage/travel reimbursement. Opportunity to transition from the GC side to an owner/developer environment. Direct involvement in a funded, long-term expansion program with 5+ years of project runway. Mission-driven work with strong organizational backing, career growth, and limited regional travel.
