Project Manager
A privately held real estate investment, development, and management organization with more than $1B in assets under management. The company develops and owns mixed-use, office, hospitality, residential, entertainment, and land development projects, while also supporting a nonprofit focused on helping individuals overcome barriers to employment and self-sufficiency.
Manage multiple expansion and redevelopment projects from planning through completion. Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout project delivery. Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets, schedules, and cost controls. Lead RFPs, bid reviews, contract administration, and contractor performance management. 8+ years of commercial construction management experience. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience managing commercial renovation or redevelopment projects. Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control expertise. Executive presence with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and ownership.
Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 base salary + discretionary bonus + mileage/travel reimbursement. Opportunity to transition from the GC side to an owner/developer environment.
