Project Manager

Our client is one of the most respected real estate developers in the region, with more than $1B in assets under management and a track record that spans mixed-use developments, office, hospitality, residential, and redevelopment projects across 22+ states. The projects support a nonprofit founded by the company's Chairman that helps people overcome barriers such as addiction, poverty, housing instability, and incarceration. Funding is already secured for the first phase of expansion, and leadership views this initiative as one of the most important parts of the company's legacy.

Job Description

Lead renovation and redevelopment projects tied to new facility expansions throughout Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati market. Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors from early planning through project turnover. Develop budgets, review estimates, manage schedules, and maintain tight control of project costs. Run RFP and bid processes while holding General Contractors accountable for execution, quality, and schedule. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: 8+ years of commercial construction management experience. Experience delivering renovation, redevelopment, adaptive reuse, or commercial building projects. Strong estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control capabilities. Ability to think like an owner and manage outside General Contractors effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with executives, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Salary: $110,000 - $165,000 + bonus. Discretionary bonus, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits package.
