Outpatient Clinical Lead (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)New York, NY
About the Position:
The Outpatient Clinical Lead is a licensed behavioral health clinician who provides clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship, and support to the Outpatient Services clinical team. Serving as a clinical resource, the Outpatient Clinical Lead provides consultation and guidance related to clinical practice, documentation, treatment planning, and the delivery of high-quality care for clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The Outpatient Clinical Lead works closely with the Outpatient Clinical Supervisor and OPS Practice Managers to support clinician development, onboarding, and training. This role maintains a small caseload of OPS clients while providing clinical coverage and support as needed. Responsibilities also include facilitating EHR training, conducting clinical tracers and audits, and supporting quality and compliance initiatives. Clinical care focuses on creating an individualized recovery experience that incorporates the body, mind, and spirit of each client.
Schedule:
Monday- Friday: 9:00 am- 5:30 pm
Some evenings may be required to accommodate client and/or program needs

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced, independently licensed behavioral health clinician who is passionate about developing other clinicians and supporting high-quality clinical care. The ideal candidate has experience providing clinical supervision and consultation, a strong foundation in substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment, and the ability to balance direct clinical work with team leadership and staff development.
This role is best suited for a practicing clinician who wants to expand their impact through supervision, mentorship, quality improvement, and clinical leadership.
Compensation:
The base rate of pay for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
