We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Outlets Supervisor.
Open availability to work morning and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Please note this is not a cook position.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year previous experience in the hotel food and beverage department.
Experience with Micros is a plus. A hands on approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all food and beverage outlets.
Supervise bartenders, servers, bussers, and banquet bartenders.
Train associates on food preparation, seasoning, plate presentation, sanitation, and service standards.
Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates.
Maintain open communication between management and staff; administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.
Participate in weekly staff, sales, and food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory.
Ensure all food served meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes.
Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required.
Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
Micros system experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
