Job Type: Full Time and Part Time - Hourly
Rate of Pay: $16 - $18
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification preferred
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and resort quality standards
- Operate assigned kitchen stations while maintaining consistency and efficiency
- Ensure food is properly prepared, plated, and presented for service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout each shift
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure timely guest service
- Assist with food prep, inventory management, and special dietary requests as needed
