TSMC Arizonas Quality & Reliability is responsible for incoming materials and final product quality process and product qualification and failure analysis. Job DescriptionYour main responsibilities includeEstablish new outgoing wafer inspection sites to ensure smooth operations and high-quality standards.Release maintain and set up recipes for OQA tools AVI OM Sorter packing tools etc. as well as monitor quality control processes.Perform wafer defect failure analysis root cause analysis and risk assessments to address and resolve quality issues.Develop and implement OQA quality improvement projects and enhance big data analytical capabilities to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with teams to design solutions for yield improvement defect reduction and problem-solving in semiconductor processes.Support AI program development and Machine Learning techniques to improve efficiency and automation in quality inspections.Manage projects effectively with proactive communication and innovative problem-solving approaches.Work within advanced cleanroommanufacturing environments while adhering to safety and quality standards. Minimum QualificationsEducationBachelors degree or above in Engineering Science or a related field. Masters degree is preferred.Technical SkillsProficiency in project management methodologies.Familiarity with AI program development and Machine Learning techniques.Semiconductor integration product process or quality engineering experience is a plus.Experience in yield improvement defect reduction and problem-solving is a plus.Interpersonal SkillsStrong communication skills both verbal and written.Proactive and innovative mindset with good judgment.Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in team environments.Resilient and positive demeanor especially in fast-paced work settings.Physical RequirementsAbility to work inside cleanroomadvanced manufacturing environments.TrainingOn-the-job training will be provided to ensure alignment with company standards and processes.
