Role Overview
This position is for a functional lead with technical capabilities, focused on the organization's rollout of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The role involves leading the support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications, ensuring systems run efficiently. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into OTM solutions, configure the system to support transportation workflows, and provide strategic advice to management. Relocation assistance is available for this onsite position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the support for SaaS and enterprise-wide applications, providing guidance on configuration and design.
• Translate business requirements into OTM solutions and configure the system to solve transportation-related business problems.
• Understand transportation operations and supply chain processes to drive data quality for internal planning.
• Manage the data loading process and approve governance standards for data structures.
• Lead and mentor the team responsible for training users, setting up user access, and building reports.
• Provide strategic recommendations for application development and system standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors to ensure support for enterprise-wide applications.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise-wide software support, with significant hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Experience managing SaaS and enterprise-wide systems.
• Knowledge of how to configure OTM to support business transportation workflows.
• Ability to develop and review complex custom queries using reporting tools.
• Experience leading teams and overseeing database management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or in lieu of a degree, at least 9 years of relevant experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting multiple OTM implementations across diverse transportation networks.
• Advanced knowledge of transportation management best practices, freight optimization, and carrier management.
• Experience designing and supporting integrations between OTM and other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, WMS), including knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with BI Publisher reporting, dashboard concepts, and APIs for future-state integrations.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle.

Work Environment
