Pahokee Health & Rehab is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team!

Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Location: Pahokee, FLFacility: Pahokee Health & RehabEmployment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What You Will Do:
- Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Assist residents with activities designed to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and independence.
- Develop positive relationships with residents and their families.
- Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely.
- Work closely with nursing, therapy, and other departments as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Help create a positive and supportive environment for our residents.
What We Are Looking For:
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Florida.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing quality resident care.
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
