What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills
  • Utilize adaptive equipment and therapeutic techniques to maximize patient function
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
  • Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with SNF guidelines
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies
  • Help patients achieve greater independence and improve their overall quality of life
What We’re Looking For
  • Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
  • SNF experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for travel assignments
