Target Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 Base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Order to Cash Manager:

• 
  
• Lead Order-to-Cash activities across domestic and international markets, ensuring accurate order intake, customer setup, tax determination, and market compliance.
• 
  
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, and Business Unit leaders to support product launches and expanding global operations.
• 
  
• Drive new market readiness by coordinating stakeholders, managing process execution, and helping establish scalable commercial operations.
• 
  
• Support partnership accounting and commercialization efforts for a growing portfolio of therapies.
• 
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Order to Cash Manager:

• 
  
• 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2+ years focused in Order-to-Cash operations.
• 
  
• Experience supporting global or international business activities.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of order management, customer onboarding, invoicing, taxation, and transactional finance processes.
• 
  
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred.
• 
  
• Biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA or Master's degree is highly valued.
•
