What We’re Looking For:
- Oral Surgery/Dental Experience – Previous experience in oral surgery is required.
- X-Ray Certified (California) – A must-have for this role.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with EMR charting & oral surgery software.
- Team Player – Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Certification Bonus! – OMSA certification is a huge plus.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chairside during surgical procedures.
- Take 3D scans, panoramic & periapical X-rays.
- Efficiently chart patient records in EMR.
- Support patients before, during, and after surgery.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient recovery.
- Maintain strict sterilization & infection control protocols.
- Educate patients on procedures and pre/post-op care.
- Inventory and ordering of supplies, drugs and implants
- Re-stocking and office maintenance/cleaning.
Additional Details:
- Must live within 30 minutes of El Dorado Hills.
- Schedule: 5 days per week (8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 2+ year in oral surgery assisting required
- License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Required), OMSA (Preferred and a HUGE plus! ).
