Oracle Reporting Lead

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with ERP and EPM Functional Leads to perform reporting fit/gap analysis, drive the design of reports across a comprehensive reports inventory, and lead the development of custom reports. Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Reporting Lead to join a Finance Transformation program. This role requires a senior consultant who can lead the Reporting workstream from Global Design through implementation.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with ERP and EPM Functional Leads to perform reporting fit/gap analysis, drive the design of reports across a comprehensive reports inventory, and lead the development of custom reports. The role also involves coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Reporting workstream for Global Design and implementation phases
Collaborate with ERP and EPM Functional Leads to complete reporting fit/gap analysis
Drive design and standardization across the full reporting inventory
Oversee development of custom reports with onshore and offshore teams
Ensure alignment of reporting solutions with Finance Transformation objectives

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong implementation experience in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Fusion ERP Analytics
In-depth knowledge of prebuilt analytics and reporting for ERP and EPM within FDI
Understanding of EPM integration with FDI
Experience managing large custom reporting inventories using:
ERP BI Publisher
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
FDI Reports & Dashboards
Financial Reporting
Narrative Reporting in EPM
