    Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Communications Consultant to join our mission-driven organization. Plan, execute, and oversee federal healthcare projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions proactively
    • Serve as primary point of contact for federal clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with agency objectives
    • Facilitate meetings, and presentations with diverse audiences including government stakeholders and executive leadership
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders
    • Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, briefings, and documentation
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project trackers, plans, and status reports
    • Support contract deliverable development, client and team processes, and lessons learned
    • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes aligned with federal agency standards

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in managing dynamic federal projects
    • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
    • Exceptional written communication skills with ability to produce clear, concise, and professional documentation
    • Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences
    • Proven ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
    • Strong active listening skills and emotional intelligence
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts, developers, analysts, and other specialists
    • Experience facilitating meetings and managing difficult conversations
