Title: Oracle ERP Financial Functional Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL- Day 1 Onsite

Duration: Full Time/Permanent Role

Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 Per Year + Benefits

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Financial Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Financials and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring Oracle Financial modules, supporting implementations and upgrades, driving business process improvements, and leading finance transformation initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P)and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, along with experience supporting Oracle Cloud and EBS environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Functional Solution Design
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting teams.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Financial solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
• Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and solution architecture documents.
• Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

Configure and support:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts PClientble (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expenses
• Intercompany Accounting
• Tax Configuration
• Financial Reporting Center (FRC)

Oracle EBS R12 Financials

Configure and support:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts PClientble (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management (CE)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• EBTax
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)

Cloud Migration & Transformation

• Support Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects.
• Perform fit-gap assessments and business process redesign.
• Assist in data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Support testing and deployment activities.
