Oracle Change Manager
Washington, D.C. / Hybrid
• Support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) lead in developing training content for Oracle ERP and EPM modules
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials using Oracle Guided Learning and other training tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure training content aligns with business processes.
• Assist in the administration and coordination of training sessions, including scheduling and tracking participation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Take initiative to stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and best practices in training and development.
Provide ongoing support and recommendations for training post go-live.
