Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud / Essbase Administrator (OCI/OAC/OAS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle ERP Financials, Essbase, and OAC and a proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Document technical details with technology and architecture teams, including system workflows for budgeting and allocations, data models, data flows, and financial calculations.
  • Detail integrations between finance systems and enterprise platforms.
  • Create clear architecture, process, and data diagrams using Visio.
  • Translate complex technical and financial concepts into structured documentation for business and technology audiences.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mapping documents, and project artifacts.
  • Serve as the liaison between Finance, Business, and Technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and reporting objectives.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, testing, and UAT activities.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Coordinate across ERP, Essbase, and OAC teams to support end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Communicate complex business and technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting Finance, ERP, and enterprise reporting initiatives.
  • Hands-on development experience on Oracle ERP, Essbase, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials, including GL, AP, and Fixed Assets.
  • Solid understanding of Essbase cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, and financial reporting concepts.
  • Knowledge of OAC capabilities for dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and building BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mappings.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with OCI, OAS, and integrations across enterprise platforms.
  • Experience facilitating UAT, data validation, and reconciliation for financial systems.

Role Logistics

  • Start: ASAP. Expected start 2-4 weeks after offer due to business needs.
  • Approved location: Charlotte, NC (NC1-021-04-20).
  • Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
