Job Summary: The Nurse in Professional Development works in conjunction with the leadership team to identify and prioritize learning needs, develop and implement plans to address needs and evaluate outcomes of interventions, with a focus on quality, safety and staff development.

Job Summary:

The Nurse in Professional Development works in conjunction with the leadership team to identify and prioritize learning needs, develop and implement plans to address needs and evaluate outcomes of interventions, with a focus on quality, safety and staff development. The Nurse in Professional Development role requires a collaborative relationship with the educator/leadership time to implement changes and establish clinical accountabilities for organizational success.

Required Qualifications:

- Require three (3) years of recent clinical experience in an acute care specialty setting.
- Require current Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification, or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire date.

Mandatory Education:

BSN: Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Preferred Education:

Required License and Certs:

BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
CNOR: Certified Nurse O.R.
FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
