Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position serves as an OPS Business Analyst position in the Division of Information Technology (IT). This position is responsible for serving as the liaison between developers and business stakeholders, in Agile. The incumbent will be required to analyze, plan, program, and evaluate the business needs of the stakeholders. The incumbent will also be required to evaluate user requirements, procedures, and design solutions to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. The Incumbent shall be expected to play the part in the absence of a scrum master or tester.
