TempExperts is hiring two reliable, detail-oriented Operations Support Associates for a short-term assignment with opportunity for extension. This is a fully onsite operations support role in Clearwater focusing on shipping, tracking, and administrative support for a fast-paced project within a growing healthcare technology environment. This role requires daily in-office attendance and is not remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and ship ID badges accurately and efficiently.
• Track shipments and enter data into internal systems.
• Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Assist with labeling, handling materials, and ensuring proper shipment preparation.
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Previous shipping/receiving, logistics, or administrative experience preferred.
