Title: Operations Specialist
Client: Banking
Location: Onsite at Dallas TX
Duration: 6+ months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)
Pay Range: $15/hr - $16.14/Hr
Shift: Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch)

Job Description:
This role focuses primarily on reconciliation and basic accounting activities, with occasional physical requirements such as lifting and extended periods of standing. The position is fully onsite and operates on a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM (7-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch). The successful candidate(s) will work under the supervision of a Manager and is expected to consistently meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and punctuality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and validate incoming work packages from Financial Centers and ATM channels, and delivered daily
Perform basic accounting functions, including general ledger balancing and reconciliation
Conduct timely research and resolution of transaction exceptions and internal inquiries
