About the Role
As an Operations Core Processor, you'll support account servicing, transaction processing, documentation review, case management, and exception resolution. You'll validate required information, manage cases and follow-ups, maintain accurate documentation, and apply established procedures, controls, secure communication standards, and data protection practices.
What You'll Do
• Process account-servicing requests, including transfers, ACH/wires, stop checks, updates, tax forms, estate requests, and related workflows.
• Review requests for accuracy, documentation, and procedural alignment.
• Monitor cases, exceptions, aging items, and follow-ups to support timely resolution.
• Document, categorize, route, and resolve operational inquiries using case-management and workflow tools.
• Maintain accurate records, case notes, and audit-ready documentation to support quality review, controls, and reporting.
• Apply verification, control, secure communication, and data-protection standards.
• Identify and escalate complaints, fraud concerns, transaction discrepancies, control gaps, data issues, and unusual activity.
• Collaborate with operations, service, technology, risk, and other internal partners to resolve exceptions and strengthen workflow execution.
• Spot recurring issues, process gaps, manual workarounds, reporting needs, and opportunities to improve procedures, tools, and controls.
Your Expertise
• 2-3 years of applicable work experience
• Experience in operations, financial services, account servicing, transaction processing, case management, workplace benefits, equity plans, or related support function preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation, prioritization, judgment, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows, follow established procedures, safeguard confidential information, identify risk indicators, and escalate issues appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CRM, case management, workflow, reporting, or operations platforms.
• Familiarity with stock benefit plans, equity compensation, participant account servicing, financial transactions, controls, or regulated financial-services environments.
• Background supporting process improvement, quality review, audit support, exception management, or procedure documentation.
