Location: Raleigh, NC

  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Pay Rate: $24.00 $24.13 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary

This position manages and maintains DDAs and documentation surrounding Demand Deposit Accounts. This includes transaction processing, account closing, Reg CC reviews, and external requests for client information. This position complies with government agencies or other company requests, managing and maintaining DDA accounts, and performs several administrative processing duties to facilitate client service objectives. Ensures regulatory compliance and accurate reporting by reviewing business processes, documentation, systems, and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Maintains the integrity of information reporting systems through daily maintenance and review. Ensures all information or supporting documentation is present and correct, that accounts are properly set up, and that access is monitored. Adds, modifies, and maintains accounts to comply with applicable regulations and requests. Reviews regulatory holds placed on accounts by branch associates and makes corrective actions within the account as necessary.
  • Business Support Provides client service, support, and communication throughout account and compliance activity. Performs a variety of operational and administrative tasks in response to client requests.
  • Compliance Proficiency Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, agencies, and policies as well as appropriate actions to ensure compliance.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of basic banking operations (2 years)
  • Ability to multitask in a high work environment (2 years)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite systems such as Excel, Outlook, etc. (2 years)
  • General understanding of GL balancing and posting (2 years)

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in basic banking operations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience multitasking in a high-volume work environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Suite systems (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with GL balancing and posting
