Description

  • Operations-focused role supporting Trust Relationship Managers, Trust Officers, and leadership on a high-priority, long-term project within Wealth and Private Banking.
  • Responsible for high-volume data entry and documentation, including entering financial information, maintaining accurate case notes, and reviewing records for errors.
  • Coordinates cash and securities transfers, asset movements, fund changes, liquidations, and account terminations with front-office and operations teams.

Profile

A successful Operations Specialist should have:

  • Strong typing speed, accuracy, and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, with good time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent administrative experience
  • Banking, brokerage, trust operations, or securities experience is preferred but not required
