Job Description:
- Serves as the primary operations liaison to product managers and product leadership, owning operational commitments and aligning customer, program, and business objectives as part of the integrated product team.
- Integrates cross-functional teams to ensure product commitments are realistic, executable, and aligned to factory capability, balancing cost, quality, schedule, and delivery performance.
- Drives operational readiness and execution through prioritization, visibility, and coordination across the product lifecycle, linking long-range strategy, transition-to-production planning, and daily operations.
- Translate demand and priorities into integrated execution plans
- Lead recovery planning across assigned scope
- Drive cross-functional issue resolution and risk mitigation
- Maintain visibility to execution performance
- (WIP - to be confirmed) Support NPI readiness and manufacturing execution
- Provide operational inputs to capacity, forecast, and program reviews
- Provide production plan for product lifecycle gates
