Operations Manager

Office Operations Manager 

Clothing Retailer is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure strong communication and follow-through across multiple departments. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing a team and keeping multiple projects moving.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations, including customer service, collections, and data entry.
• Manage and supervise a team of office employees.
• Ensure office staff are staying on top of responsibilities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Serve as the communication bridge between the office, production team, and overseas manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate with the production team to track orders, timelines, and expected product arrival dates.
• Communicate with the China-based production team and ensure all production-related information is properly relayed to the office.
• Oversee the marketing team and ensure projects, timelines, packaging updates, and other marketing initiatives are completed on schedule.
• Manage the Shopify product-upload process and ensure all products are uploaded accurately and on time.
• Follow up with the appropriate team members to ensure no products or important information are missing from Shopify.
• Coordinate with technical support when issues arise with company software or systems.
• Identify operational issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Keep management informed of important updates, delays, and outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing a team is required.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
• Comfortable working with Shopify and office technology/software.
• Experience in operations, office management, retail, e-commerce, or production is a plus.

Schedule: In OfficeSalary: $80,000 per year
