General Manager/ Operation Manager

3-5+ years of management or operations experience preferred.
Previous experience in party rentals, event rentals, tent rentals, logistics, delivery operations, warehousing, moving, construction, or a similar hands-on industry is strongly preferred.
Experience managing drivers, delivery helpers, warehouse employees, and installation crews.
Ability to plan and coordinate multiple deliveries, pickups, setups, and crews at the same time.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a productive team environment.
Must be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Experience creating employee schedules and controlling labor hours and overtime.
Ability to review orders and ensure trucks are properly staged and loaded before leaving the warehouse.
Comfortable handling customer issues and making decisions in the field.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions when trucks, employees, equipment, weather, or schedules create unexpected problems.
Knowledge of warehouse organization, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and damage tracking.
Comfortable working both in the office and hands-on in the warehouse or field when necessary.
Ability to inspect rental equipment and determine whether it is safe and ready for customers.
Experience overseeing company vehicles, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using computers, smartphones, scheduling software, GPS/routing systems, email, and basic spreadsheets.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Box-truck driving experience is strongly preferred.
DOT/medical-card experience is a plus.
Must be available during the company's busiest periods, including weekends, early mornings, and some evenings.
Must be physically capable of working around rental equipment and assisting crews when necessary.

Our Town Party Rentals is looking for an experienced, dependable leader to oversee our day-to-day operations.

This position is responsible for coordinating employees, deliveries, trucks, warehouse operations, equipment, setups, and pickups while making sure every event is completed safely, accurately, and on time.

We are looking for someone who can:

Oversee truck loading and equipment preparation
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse
Handle staffing, scheduling, and operational issues
Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained properly
