Position Overview

The Operations Manager will work directly with the Owner / CEO to lead key initiatives, improve operational performance, and support organizational growth.

This hands-on leadership role includes direct team management and cross-functional responsibilities, with opportunities to advance into broader business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on business priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Identify and implement operational improvements.
• Strengthen performance management and accountability.
• Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency.

• Support leadership development and organizational growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a high-potential leader with proven team-management experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a track record of improving business performance.

Strong candidates will demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment.

Military leadership experience is valued, particularly when combined with successful civilian business experience.
