Careerscape is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing e-commerce company, for an Operations Generalist to join their fully remote team. This is a fantastic entry point for someone who wants to learn how a growing online business really works, from order fulfillment and vendor coordination to customer support escalations and internal process documentation. You will get exposure to nearly every corner of the business and become the go-to person who keeps daily operations running smoothly.
Day to day, you will juggle a mix of recurring tasks and one-off fires, tracking orders, updating spreadsheets, coordinating with warehouse and shipping partners, and jumping in wherever a team needs an extra set of hands. People who thrive in this role are naturally organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by variety rather than routine. If you like solving problems, learning fast, and being genuinely useful across departments, this role offers real room to grow into operations, supply chain, or business operations leadership over time.
