Operations Functional Analyst

Pay Range: $27.94hr - $32.94hr

Job Overview:

Provides operational support by obtaining facts, analyzing problems, designing solutions, developing testing methods, conducting and documenting tests, and delivering key operational information to stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

• Research and improve operations by examining systems problems, obtaining facts, analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and recommending and facilitating resolutions.
• Support operations systems by providing operating information to users, answering questions, and providing training.
• Contribute to operations analysis and organizational success by accommodating new requests, helping team members accomplish job results, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other essential documentation.
• Verify operations systems by developing testing methods, as well as conducting and documenting tests.
• Improve operations analysis domain knowledge by attending training sessions and reading technical publications.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the base work experience requirement.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in an operational role (level 2 or above).
