WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Job Summary
The Operations Finance Analyst provides analytical support to improve financial and operational performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights. This role develops reporting and performance analyses, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, and partners with operational leaders to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyzes revenue, labor, expense, and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

· Monitors financial and operational KPIs and reports performance results for campuses, divisions,

and regions.

· Identifies performance variances and supports the development of corrective action

recommendations.

· Assists operational leaders in tracking improvement plans and monitoring progress against

established goals.

· Supports consistency in performance reporting and KPI measurement across the organization.

· Prepares recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses to support operational

decision-making.

· Analyzes labor, payroll, overtime, and HPPD data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and

opportunities for optimization.

· Supports budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis by providing timely and accurate data and

insights.

· Tracks performance of focus campuses and assists in coordinating follow-up activities and

reporting.

· Partners with Finance, Operations, Clinical, and other departments to gather and validate

performance data.

· Maintains KPI definitions, reporting standards, and supporting documentation to ensure data

consistency.

· Assists with the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and performance

monitoring processes.

· Evaluates the effectiveness of operational initiatives and summarizes results for leadership

review.

· Supports process improvement and cost-saving initiatives through data collection, analysis, and

reporting.

· Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 3-5 years

 

Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
